Returns

Each piece in our collection is freshly formulated, carefully crafted and packaged.  Subtle nuances in colour, scent and texture due to seasonality of harvesting our premium ingredients is natural.  Returns / exchanges for reasons of general dissatisfaction cannot be offered.

If any items are delivered damaged we will replace them if you notify us within 3 days from the date of delivery. Please email us a photo and description of the damaged goods to care@remesol.com. Always include your order number in the subject line to speed up the process.
